100% Satisfaction Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange any item, call us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Order Processing And Shipment
Orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Time on business days will be processed that same day. We ship to you via UPS or FedEx.

Shipment Damage
If an item is received in damaged condition please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will get a replacement to you immediately and provide return shipping for the damaged product all at no cost to you.

To obtain a RA (return authorization) number, call our office at 1-248-579-0864 or email us at info@BackPainTable.com. The RA number must be referenced on the outside of the return packaging. We cannot guarantee a credit for your return if the RA number is not obtained and referenced on your return.
